  • Who is the course suitable for? This course is suited to those who have experience in the construction industry and need to acquire a CSCS card.

    What’s involved in this course? This course covers basic carpentry skills. This training will show your ability to work safely within a construction environment. Learners will also undergo a full day of training on Health and Safety awareness, as well as sit the City and Guilds Health and Safety exam.

    Where can this course lead me? Upon successful completion, you could gain employment within the construction industry. There is also the opportunity to progress into an Apprenticeship scheme.

    This qualification is fully funded for those who are unemployed and aged 19 or over who are in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance or Employment Support Allowance.
