  • Brief overview of the role

    The post holder will develop close links with Eplus staff, and will be involved with clients and site staff and liaise with any other relevant organisation/authorities.  The business will support you throughout the Apprenticeship in conjunction with PGL Training as the Training Provider.

    As an Apprentice your duties will include:

    • Collate all paperwork for service contracts.
    • Prepare all new log books for service contracts.
    • Enter all relevant data on computer systems/ Spreadsheets.
    • Ensure database records are correct.
    • Answering the phone.
    • Book in relevant work with site.
    • Raise job instructions for engineers.
    • Assist line manager on a day to day basis.
    • Scan in relevant job sheets and upload to member area/ email where required.
    • Create certificates for disinfections.
    • Save engineers photos for jobs relevant files on server.
    • File water testing certificates in relevant clients file and upload onto members area on web if required.
    • File water testing certificates and file in service books job as required
    • Administration for sales and training.
    • Collation of risk assessments.
    • Production of schematic drawings.
    • Any other assigned duties.

    Wage– £3.50 per hour

    Future prospects

    After completing your Apprenticeship there may be the chance to complete an Advanced Apprenticeship. Full time employment may be available for the right person.
