    This is a combined qualification which looks at demonstrating both the practical skills and knowledge required to do the job. Units are selected to meet the specific needs of your business.

    Assessment methods: Observations, examination of work products, questioning, professional discussions, witness testimonies, knowledge workbooks and assignments.

    Entry requirements: Employed in a full time Management role. Good standard of English, Maths and ICT.
