Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling components using hand tools and power tools.
• Support skilled tradespeople in tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, and welding.
• Engage in heavy lifting and moving materials as required on-site.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance mechanical knowledge and practical skills.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations.
• Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment and processes.
• Ability to plumb, weld, and carry out basic carpentry tasks is advantageous.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily duties.
• A valid commercial driving licence is a plus but not mandatory.
