As an Apprentice your duties will include:
Font of house, dealing with reception
Providing information and taking bookings for flights
Booking visitors in and out
Taking incoming and outgoing calls
Full use of message system
Use of diary system/ updating
General office duties, filling, photocopying
Updating social media pages
Take minutes at meetings
Follows all company policies and procedures
Any other administration duties seen fit by your supervisor
Agency Assistance is a Domiciliary care agency, we were established in February 1999. We currently employ circa 160 staff mainly providing staff to enable people with learning disabilities live within the community. We currently maintain all of the houses the service users live in so constantly need trades to ensure the houses are well kept.
We also run a day centre, providing a secure setting for the service users to attend to learn life skills.
