    We have an exciting opportunity to work in the heart of Exeter. You will be recruited as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be on hand to answer any questions, queries or complaints our customers may have over the phone and via email. You will be fully supported by PGL Training as your provider in your Apprenticeship.

    As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be on hand to answer any questions, queries or complaints our customers may have over the phone and via email.

    During this apprenticeship you will be assigned an Assessor who will visit you once a month. You will be fully supported throughout your apprenticeship.

    None required. GCSE or equivalent preferred.

    Future prospects

    For the right candidate there is opportunities for both sideways and upwards progression. Upwards opportunities for supervisor, senior agent and management roles. Sideways opportunities into site support and facilities roles including recruitment, payroll, HR.
