• Brief overview of the role

    To support the Property Manager and Senior Property Manager in all tasks. A fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.

    Duties will include:

    • Identify enquiries on IRE that have not been booked
    • Contact outstanding via phone / email daily
    • Identify any enquiries on JUPIX
    • Book viewing with as much booking info as possible
    • Transfer viewings between Jupix and IRE
    • Print Arrears sheet daily
    • Identify arrears
    • Contact outstanding tenants – to procedure (rental demands)
    • Update notes on file
    • Contact tenants with outstanding rent and demand/negotiate rent payment
    • Booking viewings/screening tenants
    • Booking notes
    • Conducting viewings
    • Following up viewings
    • Check keys for any outstanding
    • Follow up with contractors
    • Have new ones cut where missing
    • Contacting council and south west water with new tenant info
    • Investigate claims
    • Preparing move in pack
    • Uploading supporting documents and ID to Jupix
    • Entering meter readings to Jupix
    • Uploading inventory and sending to all parties.
    • Lodge deposits in DPS
    • Upload deposit certificates
    • Send application forms
    • Review application forms with the senior

    Personal qualities

    • Conducting telephone calls, getting relevant information and taking notes
    • Understanding all aspects of Jupix, IRE, Word and Email
    • Working with colleagues as a Squad, making sure notes are always present on the system
    • Time managing outstanding tasks and being able to organise the diary effectively without supervision
    • Negotiation with clients

    Training to be provided

    • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Business and Administration
    • Level 3 Certificate in Business and Administration
    • Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths if required

      • Monday- Saturday (This may change 1 day off in the week)
      • Total hours per week: 37.50
    • Weekly wage £161.25
    • Expected duration 2 years
