    THE ROLE (ADAPT)

    ·         Ability to answer the phone politely and with a smile.  To communicate with customers both orally and with email in an effective and professional way.

    ·         Desire to succeed and be part of a small team with a happy and confident personality.

    ·         Aptitude and personality to make decisions with customers requests and to ensure the desires of the customer are delivered and the goals of the company are met.

    ·         Problem solving, where you can keep a cool head and motivate others.  A positive and helpful attitude.

    ·         Tenacity to do what is needed when everyone else has checked out!  Acumen and skill to learn and attend education and training classes for the duration of the apprenticeship.

    Wage– £180 per week

    Training to be provided

    • Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
    • Functional Skills Maths Level 1 (If required)
    • Functional Skills Maths Level 2 ( If required)
    • Functional Skills English Level 1 ( If required)
    • Functional Skills English Level 2 ( If required)
