    We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual, who is keen to improve their skills in office administration. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in business administration and be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organisational abilities.

    General Office Support

    • Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Take accurate messages, assuring callers of timely responses and reminding and ensuring others to follow up those calls appropriately.
    • Make any appropriate outbound calls after taking guidance and advice from Managers.
    • Answering door buzzers; greeting visitors and other employees in a friendly manner.
    • Typing reports, photocopying, collating papers for meetings.
    • Assisting with minute taking
    • Help to maintain electronic and manual filing systems.
    • Office tidiness, including meeting rooms, kitchen, as well as monitoring supplies.
    • Post and other communication duties.
    • Assisting with the daily/ weekly/ monthly tasks within the office.
    • Other duties as described in the job description

    You will be required to undertake the Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration supported by PGL Training Ltd. Therefore, there is a possibility that the successful candidate may be required to travel to the offices of the training provider in Exeter on occasion.

    The successful candidate will have evidence of GCSE’s in Maths and English in the A*-C range (or equivalent), however, an initial assessment at PGL interview will be undertaken to establish current level.

    Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend for an initial interview and assessment with PGL at their office in Exeter and then a further CCG interview.

    Wage-£13,535.00 per year
