• Provides account services to customers by receiving payments by cash, cheque, bacs and card; answering questions in person or on telephone; referring to other bank services.

    • Records transactions by logging all payments and allocating to our bespoke system.
    •  Issue credits where required once the relevant investigation has been made.
    •  Send weekly and monthly account statements.
    •  Reconciles cash drawer on a daily basis.
    • Maintain customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
    •  Deal with any customer queries.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Assist with other accounting functions within the business.
    • Assist with credit control

    • Answer the telephone politely and efficiently
    • To maintain filing systems
    • Take minutes at meetings
