• Brief overview of the role

    This is an amazing opportunity for a motivated, hard working, professional individual, who is looking for an opportunity to start their career with a well-established business in the heart of the South West. You will have the chance to learn a wide range of Customer Service and Administration skills.

    As an Apprentice your duties will include:

    • Front of house, dealing with reception.
    • Providing information and taking bookings.
    • Booking visitors in and out.
    • Taking incoming and outgoing calls.
    • Full use of message system.
    • Use of diary system/ updating.
    • General office duties, filling, photocopying.
    • Emails.
    • Updating social media pages.
    • Enquiry logs.
    • Date inputting
    • Take minutes at meetings.
    • Follows all company policies and procedures.
    • Any other administration duties seen fit by your supervisor.

    As you progress through your Apprenticeship, you will have the chance to gain new duties in different departments. Full training will be provided.

    Please make sure that you are able to get to work each day, as public transport is limited to this location.

    Grade C/4 and above including maths and English or equivalent, or willingness to work towards these grades.

    Future prospects

    After completing your Apprenticeship there may be the chance to progress onto an Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service. There may be chance for full time employment for the right person.

      • Monday- Friday – Shifts TBC
      • Total hours per week: 37.50
    • Weekly wage £161.25
    • Expected duration 18 months

    Business Administration Level 3 NVQ Diploma

    • English Functional Skills Level  2
    • Mathematics Functional Skills Level  2
