Due to expansion and growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual to join the diverse team of a Central Exeter recruitment group as a Business Administration Apprentice.
Working as part of a small, long established but diverse team you will be supporting both the Administration and Operations teams with structured and process driven daily and weekly tasks, which will include:
The compiling and completing of weekly worker time sheets
Inputting data onto the Payroll systems
Processing and generating customer invoices
Completing candidate reference checks
Understanding and copying candidate’s right to work documentation
Speaking with customers
Placing orders onto in-house database
Fulfilling order requirements
Registering suitable candidates with required skillsets
Answering incoming telephone calls
Meeting/greeting visitors and candidates accordingly
This is a 5 year plan to invest time and energy into the successful individual who will be trained and developed up to senior management level within the group.
